Headrest Installation

1. Locate the two metal poles at the top end of the bed (near the face cradle opening).

2. Hold the head rest with the rods pointing forward and insert the headrest frame (the U-shaped padded cradle with attached rods) into the two poles.

   

   
   

3. Push the rods in fully until the headrest feels secure. The rods are long enough to keep the headrest stable once inserted.

4. Adjust the angle by using the lever underneath the headrest (highlighted above).

   • Lift or rotate the headrest to your preferred position.

   • Tighten the lever to lock the angle into place.

   
   

Armrest Installation

1. On each side of the bed, find the metal mounting poles located along the outer edges.

2. Slide the armrest cushion onto the poles.

   

3. Push until fully seated, ensuring the cushion sits firmly and doesn’t slide out.
