- When sitting or standing: Hold it near your Chest, with the face pointing up towards your chin
- When lying down: Meditation in Savasana: Hold the wand or cover it with a blanket
- Hold the face of the wand and direct it at each chakra for 1-5 minutes or longer.
- Root Chakra ○ Below navel area
- Splenic Chakra ○ Above belly button
- Solar Plexus Chakra ○ Below Chest Area
- Heart Chakra ○ Chest Area
- Throat Chakra ○ Neck Area
- Crown Chakra ○ At the top of your head
