How will I know if Qi Coils are having an effect? How will I know it's working, if I don't feel it immediately?Updated 2 years ago

Aside from the obvious effect of achieving the goals that you intended. There are other more subtle effects that you may notice during your Qi Coil, Aura Coil, or Resonant Wand experience.  Here is a compilation of the most common feedback we have been receiving from thousands of users.

The frequencies must be used in a specific way to notice the effects, you must play them for a certain time period at a certain volume. (see "How to Use Frequencies" FAQ for more info)

Sensations:

Tingling, electric, numbness, heat, cool, tensing, relaxation, centering, expansion, filling, emptying, heavy, light, etc.


Location:

Chest, forehead, temples, gut, fingertips, toes, palms, ears, one of your chakras, inside your head etc.


Body:

  • Thirst or dry mouth (Your cell metabolism may have increased, causing you to feel thirsty... drink water!)
  • Stomach growling (Your digestion is activating or organs are relaxing)
  • Excess gas, burping
  • Increased urination or bowel movements (ie. detox, expelling waste)

Feelings:

  • Motivated, energized
  • Sleepy, calm, relaxed
  • Clear, focused, powerful
  • Optimistic
  • Open, warm, happy, carefree
  • Confident, abundant

Personality, Mind, and Attitudes:

  • Feeling lighter, more positive
  • More ideas and creative
  • More optimistic, less affected by outward circumstances
  • Better relationship skills, more compassion, open and expressive
  • Deeper Insight
  • Ability to pay closer attention to emotions
  • Ability to pay closer attention to sensations in the body

Other physical effects (completely safe):

  • Tingling, tickling, buzzing, and vibrating in the soles of feet and toes
  • Rushing water sensations up legs and arms
  • Bone-deep tingling inside hands, feet, legs, and arms
  • Tingling energy body-rush feelings up arms, legs, and spine
  • Muscular cramping, spasms, and twitching
  • Cob-web-like tickling, like ants crawling all over you
  • Localized stinging and prickling sensations
  • Aching cold or hot spots, especially in the soles and palms

Other interesting, yet common experiences reported by users:

  • Seeing angel numbers in various places e.g..  111, 222, 333, 444, 555, etc.
  • Coincidences (bumping into people haven't talked to in years, finding parking spots in improbable places)
  • Darkness, bad influences, bad situations being removed from your life
  • Unexpected lucky occurrences
  • More dreams, vivid dreams, and better dream recall
  • Sudden flashes of insight and knowledge

Sensory Phenomenon

  • Colors, lights
  • Bright dots or waves of light in your vision (While in complete darkness E.g. With blindfolds) -may be a sign that you are activating your third eye
  • Brighter, clearer vision, seeing more color
  • Better hearing perception
  • Natural comfortable internal sound
  • Sweet tasting saliva
  • Vibrations in the body

Also, follow these steps (Especially STEP 6) to learn how to "feel" this invisible qi energy...

Step 1 - Determine 1 or 2 results that you want to achieve.  e.g.  You want better sleep or you want to address a problem you are experiencing.


Step 2 - Browse our frequencies on our website or on our apps to find a bundle, collection, or individual frequencies that are for that specific purpose.

e.g.  Frequencies related to sleep.  Or frequencies for better mood etc.

Step 3 - Download, unlock or purchase those frequencies.

Step 4 - Play those one at a time and listen to the sound (without using a Qi Coil or Wand or another device) for about 2 minutes and be aware of how you feel about it.

e.g.  Do you like how it sounds?  Does it make you feel pleasant, relaxed, or energized or does it irritate you or it feels unpleasant?

(note: listen to each frequency for the full 2 minutes, sometimes what sounds annoying at first becomes more pleasant and helpful. However, if after 2 minutes, it still is not pleasant, then that frequency might not be what you need.)

Step 5 - Make a shortlist of 1-3 frequencies that you feel like you enjoy the most listening to.  (You can add them to your "favorites" in the app, or create a playlist with them)

Step 6 - Now play these frequencies for longer periods of time (from 5 min to 3 hours), and note what you experience when listening to them.


Sample notes:

How did you feel before you started playing the frequencies?
e.g. Tired, stressed, anxious, restless, sleepless, heartbroken, depressed, pain, fatigued, unmotivated, lethargic, unfocused, distracted, confused, negative, etc.
 

How did you feel during and after you played the frequencies?
e.g. motivated, energized, sleepy, calm, relaxed, clear, focused, powerful, optimistic, open, warm, happy, carefree, confident, abundant, etc.
 

What thoughts did you have?
e.g.  ideas, visualizations, dreams, answers, insight, memories, no thoughts, emptiness, etc.
 

What physical sensations did you have?
e.g. Tingling, electric, numbness, heat, cool, tensing, relaxation, centering, expansion, filling, emptying, heavy, light, etc.
 

Where did you feel these sensations?
e.g. chest, forehead, temples, gut, fingertips, palms, ears, one of your chakras, inside your head, etc.

Step 7.  Now plug in a device (Qi Coil, Resonant Wand, Aura Coil, Staff of Legends) to broadcast your favorite frequencies and repeat step 6.

By going through this process, you will familiarize yourself with the effects that the frequencies have on you.  So that you have a benchmark to compare your subsequent experiences with additional new frequencies.

Important Tip:  Resist the urge to try too many different frequencies for different purposes within a short period of time, this may not allow you enough time to determine what works and what doesn't.

It is recommended to choose 1-3 frequencies that you enjoy best for the following purposes:

1 - 1-3 frequencies to help you start your day in the morning (e.g. abundance, brain)

2 - 1-3 frequencies to play during your workday (e.g. focus, clarity)

3 - 1-3 frequencies to help you sleep at night (e.g. sleep)

4 - 1-3 frequencies to help you relieve stress and anxiety (e.g. luck, mood)
5 - 1-3 frequencies to help alleviate discomfort (e.g. wellness)
6 - 1-3 frequencies for enhanced meditation (e.g. abundance, spiritual, meditation)
