1. Go to Settings, then tap Apps
2. Select Resonant Console App
3. Tap Storage
4. Tap Clear cache and Clear data
Once done, please relaunch the app and make sure to accept all permissions, terms and conditions, as well as access to media or photos, videos, music and audio to help resolve this issue.
